Everything you need to know about Enowise.
Enowise is the all-in-one platform built for wineries. Optimise your vineyard and winery operations, ease regulatory compliance, and build your brand and wine portfolio digital presence, all in one place.
Enowise is the all-in-one software platform for wineries, and your key to WineKite. WineKite is where wine lovers discover wineries, explore experiences, and request bookings. Through Enowise, you publish your winery profile, create wine experiences, manage availability, and handle booking requests, all from one place.
ScanForFacts started as a standalone platform for EU wine labelling compliance. It is now part of Enowise, giving wineries access to e-labels, technical sheets, tasting events, and dynamic QR codes alongside all other Enowise tools. Existing ScanForFacts users can sign in to Enowise with their same credentials.
Enowise is built by the same team behind ScanForFacts. We started with EU wine labelling compliance, but our vision has always been bigger: to build innovative technology solutions that create real value for wineries, wine lovers, and industry professionals. From compliance to tourism to vineyard operations, we're growing the platform and the team to make a meaningful difference in the wine industry.
ScanForFacts is now part of Enowise. You'll continue to access e-labels, technical sheets, tasting events, and dynamic QR codes, alongside new tools for vineyard and winery operations, brand identity, and wine tourism through WineKite, all from one dashboard.
ScanForFacts started with EU wine labelling compliance, but our vision has always been bigger: to build an integrated platform that supports wineries across compliance, operations, and digital presence. Enowise brings that vision together.
For most users, nothing. Your existing credentials continue to work on Enowise. A small number of users whose passwords could not be migrated will receive a separate email with a link to set a new password.
Everything is preserved. Your e-labels, technical sheets, events, and dynamic QR codes are all available in Enowise exactly as before, and existing QR codes on physical bottles continue to work.
Yes. Existing ScanForFacts URLs will automatically redirect to the corresponding pages on Enowise, so any QR codes or bookmarked links continue to work.
No. Your existing subscription and billing remain the same. You keep access to the same features, now under the Enowise brand.
WineKite is a platform where wine lovers can discover wineries, explore experiences, and request bookings. And there's more coming: we're building WineKite to become the go-to destination for wine enthusiasts in Greece to capture tasting preferences, follow their favourite wineries, and be part of a vibrant community of wine lovers.
Create a free Enowise account, set up your brand identity and photo gallery, then create your wine experiences with availability and pricing. Once published, your winery profile and experiences appear on WineKite for wine lovers to discover.
No. WineKite listing is included with every Enowise account, including the free tier. You can set up your winery profile, add experiences, and manage bookings at no extra cost.
Visitors submit booking requests through WineKite. You receive a notification in your Enowise dashboard and via email, you and can accept or decline. The visitor is notified of your response.
No. During early access, bookings through WineKite are completely free for wineries. In the future, a small commission per booking will be introduced. We are actively consulting with wineries and industry associations to ensure the rate and process are fair for wineries and sustainable for the platform.
Currently, visitors pay directly at the winery on the day of their visit. WineKite handles the booking request, not the payment. In the future, wineries will have the option to accept online card payments through the platform, similar to how booking platforms work. You will be able to choose whichever option works best for you.
Your winery story (history, philosophy, vineyard overview), photo gallery, visitor amenities, spoken languages, certifications, opening hours, and the experiences you offer.
Yes, WineKite is currently focused on Greece. We plan to expand to other wine regions in the future.
Yes. Create an account and get 3 e-Labels, 1 Technical Sheet, 1 Event, and 1 Dynamic QR code for free to try the platform.
Per-period credits (e-labels, tech sheets, events) reset at each billing cycle. Dynamic QR codes are a total you can maintain. You can upgrade your plan at any time to get more remaining credits.
EU e-labels are electronic labels, accessed via a QR code on the bottle, that let wineries provide the full list of ingredients and nutrition declaration online instead of printing them on the physical label. Even when an e-label is used, the energy value and allergens must remain on the physical label.
All wines produced on or after 8 December 2023 and sold in the EU must include a nutrition declaration and ingredients list — either on the physical label or via an e-label. This applies to EU-produced wines, imported wines, and wines sold online. Wines produced before that date may continue to be sold following the old labelling requirements until stocks are exhausted.
Yes. Our e-labels are fully compliant with EU Regulation 2021/2117 and support all 24 official EU languages. They are continuously updated as regulations evolve.
EU regulations require that the e-label page must not display marketing content and must not collect or track user data. Winery websites typically contain commercial information and track visitors. This is why a dedicated e-label platform like ScanForFacts is needed.
The energy value (kJ/kcal per 100 ml), an allergen 'contains' statement, and a QR code with a heading containing the words 'Ingredients' and 'Nutrition Declaration', all in the same field of vision as other mandatory information.
Our e-labels display content based on the consumer's location. Regulatory interpretation may vary slightly across EU member states. In Greece, for example, the interpretation requires that the e-label page shows only the mandatory information (ingredients list and nutrition declaration) without any additional content. Consumers scanning from other countries may see additional information depending on local requirements.
For at least as long as the wine is expected to remain suitable for consumption. ScanForFacts keeps your e-labels accessible with no time limits, regardless of your subscription status.
Yes. You can display recycling and packaging disposal information required for selling wines in Italy, in compliance with Italian regulations.
Your e-labels stay accessible for consumers with no time limits and no extra charges for older labels. We can also redirect your QR codes to another provider at any time if needed.
Professional wine documentation with vineyard details, grape varieties, lab analysis, tasting notes, certifications and awards, exported as polished PDFs for importers and distributors.
You create a QR code that redirects to any URL. You can change where it points at any time without reprinting the physical code. Unlimited redirects, no scan limits, and analytics are included.
Create events for private tastings, presentations, or wine fair booths. Attendees check in via QR, rate wines, and leave notes. You see aggregated results and feedback.
Yes. When you upgrade, the price difference is prorated for the remaining billing period. To downgrade, contact our support team.
Prices are exclusive of VAT. For Greek customers, 24% VAT is added at checkout. EU customers outside Greece are not charged VAT if a valid VAT ID is provided.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Bank transfer is also available for annual plans upon request.
We recommend consulting the official European Commission notice (C/2023/1190) for detailed guidance on wine labelling requirements. Please note that the regulatory information provided on our platform reflects our interpretation and is not legal advice. Regulations may have changed since the publication of this page.
It covers the full production cycle: vineyard block mapping, phenology tracking, vineyard calendar, grape reception, batch tracking, vessel management, lab analysis, and winery activity logging.
